Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an innovative and results-driven Digital Customer Acquisition Manager to spearhead our startup's digital marketing initiatives.

This pivotal role involves the management and enhancement of our digital marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Digital Advertising Channels:

    • Oversee various digital advertising channels, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Reddit Ads
    • Continuously optimize campaigns in cooperation with advertising specialists for efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with business goals
    • Stay atop of the latest trends and updates in digital advertising.
  2. Data Analysis and Strategic Insights:

    • Manage the analysis of metrics and data from tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Dashboard
    • Interpret data to understand user behavior and campaign performance, translating insights into action
    • Regularly report on findings and provide strategic recommendations
  3. Strategic Decision Making:

    • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and adjust digital marketing strategies
    • Make strategic decisions that enhance digital marketing efforts and ROI
    • Measure the effect of the decisions performed 
  4. Focus on Key Metrics: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV):

    • Develop strategies to lower CAC through refined advertising tactics and website optimization
    • Work on increasing LTV by improving customer communication, website experience, and satisfaction
    • Aim to optimize the CAC/LTV ratio, understanding its critical impact on the business
  5. Collaborative Team Leadership:

    • Collaborate with various team members, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists
    • Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Strong experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Proficient in data analysis, strategic thinking, and decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
